About The Zoe Foundation
The Zoe Foundation is a registered 501(c) (3) non-profit organization in the State of Illinois with a mission to promote public awareness and education regarding the symptoms, treatments and potential cures for atrial fibrillation (AF), and the prevention of stroke and heart failure caused by AF. We have assembled an exceptional group of physicians, nurses, business people and others interested and committed to our mission. The Foundation was incorporated on February 22, 2011 and will raise the necessary funds for clinical and laboratory research being performed to discover novel treatments and cures for AF. The Zoe Foundation is in partnership with Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.
